Our Team
Mike Socci, President and CEO
Mike is a native of Columbus, Georgia, with a true passion for people. He worked with Woodruff Contracting for 39 years, starting as a carpenter. Under the tutelage of, he rose to become President and Co-Owner of the company. During his time with Woodruff Contracting, his team built over 3,500 homes in the Columbus area. Over the years, his experience is not limited to just residential, but also extends into light commercial, additions, and commercial properties.
When Woodruff Contracting closed in 2016, Mike chose to continue under his own company, Mike Socci, Inc. Over these more recent years, he has developed a team and expanded his reputation into building custom homes, residential and commercial renovations, and remodels.
Mike is a member of Cascade Hills Baptist Church, current member and past President of the Columbus Home Builders Association, board member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and a licensed contractor for Georgia and Alabama. Mike is married to his high school sweetheart, Sandy, and they have two children, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Christine Crawford, Vice President
Christine Crawford is a licensed contractor and interior designer. She has worked with the Mike Socci Inc. team since its inception in 2017. Christine works closely with each client to understand their vision and guide them through the process of building their home. She truly believes that each client should “build their own home.”
As a Project Manager for Mike Socci Inc., her work spreads across many Columbus neighborhoods like Old Town. She is a passionate member of the building community and brings over ten years of experience in both the construction industry and design and project management.
Christine specializes in architectural details, space planning, and finish selections. She is known for capturing all of the details before, during, and after construction.
